Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information we collect when you visit Accept Management’s website or use our services. It also has information about how we store, use, transfer and delete that information. For clarity: this privacy policy does not relate to any websites or other organisations that you may visit or deal with through links or recommendations from our website or other communications.

Accept Management doesn’t use adverts on its website so we don’t collect data in order to advertise to you. We do however do some basic tracking to learn how you interact with our website. This is done through your interactions with us. Some of this is information you actively tell us (for example your email address if you get in touch) and some of this is information shared through actions you take whilst on our website (for example which pages you click on, how long you spend on them). This information includes records of these interactions, your IP address, information about how you’re browsing (such as what kind of device you’re on and what browser you’re using) and referral information, which tells us how you’ve found our site. This information is collected via cookies, which are text files placed on your computer to collect standard internet log information. You may choose to ask your browser not to accept cookies but you should be aware that some website features may not function if you do.

We use this information to test, improve and personalise our website and our services; to fight spam and other forms of online abuse and to create non-identifying information about how visitors use our website.

The data you actively share with us is stored via Microsoft 365, which we use for our IT operations. You can find more information on their security here.

In line with GDPR, you have data protection rights, which are:

  • The right to access: You have the right to request details of what data we hold for you. We may charge you an administration fee for this service.

  • The right to rectify: You have the right to request that we correct any information held about you that you believe is inaccurate or incomplete.

  • The right to erasure: You have the right to request that we erase your personal data, under certain conditions.

  • The right to restrict processing: You have the right to request that we limit the processing of your personal data, under certain conditions.

  • The right to object to processing: You have the right to object to our processing of your personal data, under certain conditions.

  • The right to data portability: You have the right to request that we transfer the data we have collected about you to another organisation, or directly to you, under certain conditions.

You can make a request based on any of these rights by emailing info@acceptmanagement.co.uk

We have one month to respond to your request.
